Post-Covid vax (new, received yesterday): some side effects today, but not terrible. I feel slow and just kind of "off"--worst part was a gnarly headache this morning, but a single Advil took care of it. Oh, and very sore arm/shoulder muscles, but that shoulder was already sore-ish before the jab.

Still did 30 minutes of yoga early this morning, so it's not too bad.
