Anyone who would vote for TFG now, just because of yesterday’s shooting, would never not have voted for him. One doesn’t think, “He’s a dangerous dictator-in-waiting, but someone took a shot at him so now I want to vote for him.” Instead, anyone saying now they’d vote for him were just looking for some excuse to and think maybe, now, they won’t be seen as the hateful fascists they are.
